Dans cette nouvelle série du batman , le héros de ce film batman augmente les mises dans sa guerre contre le crime dans sa ville , avec l'appui du lieutenant de Police Jim Gordon et du procureur de Gotham Harvey dent , batman vise a eradiquer le crime organisé qui pullule dans la ville , mais il a pas réussi car un nouveaux star de crime est revenu pour tue la vie dans cette ville et qui rend batman mal et lui fait souffrire et qui réussi a gagné la gueurre contre batman et le police , pour voir la suit regardez le film.
